Why are you giving 10% of your revenue to charity?
We genuinely believe in fairness and doing business responsibly. This is why we have embedded our contributions as an ongoing effort and not a one-time occurrence. This is certainly not enough as sadly there are so many people out there in need, but imagine what we could achieve if every business followed a similar approach..
Why are your blades almost half price vs leading brands?
Well, we’ve worked hard on our products and made sure we put only what is right into our razors. We don’t fall into the tricks of the big guys with their: fancy celebrities, expensive show-off features, expensive on shelf packaging, fancy offices, highly paid executives flying around the world in business class, middle men commission, etc… the list goes on! That's how you get all those saving without compromising quality.
What features do your cartridges have?
4 stainless coated top notch Swedish steel that will cut any rebel hair you put in its way! And because we care about your skin too, you will also find gently lubricating strips wrapping the blades to pamper that soft skin of yours.
Why is there only one type of cartridge?
Well, although we are all certainly different, facial hair is facial hair, even the thickest of them. We have tried many types of blades and easily concluded that one model could satisfy almost everybody and that it was about giving the choice of number cartridges and not an escalation of blades per cartridge. This is also how we manage to provide you with a great deal.
What is special about your handle?
Wait and see for yourself. This is not for boys. Like most well-crafted objects, feeling the right metal weight in your hands with a soft rubber grip makes all the difference. Our handle is heavier than the leading brands allowing for more control during your shave - and helps to avoid paying leading brand prices, which by the way, are simply… plastic.
Are CLICK “n” SHAVE cartridges and handles compatible with other brands?
Although we are fair and like so share, when it comes to the CLICK’ing cartridges, we refer to keep those to our-self. Our cartridges and blades are not compatible with other brands... But don’t worry, every first order comes with our premium handle.
How often should I change my blades?
This is very personal and difficult to provide a specific answer. Normally, with an average fuzz, each cartridge can stretch to about 8-10 shaves. But given shaving is now more affordable, you might want to pamper yourself with fresh blades more often so you always have a clean shave. In any case, don’t worry! You can change shaving plan (increase or decrease the quantity of cartridges) with just one click in your account.
How do I remove the blade cartridge from my handle?
Hold the handle with one hand, blade facing you. With the other hand, grip the blade at its base (black sides) with your thumb and forefinger on each side. Pull and the cartridge should come out with ease.
When will I be charged?
After completing your first subscription order, we charge the amount for your first delivery immediately. Then you will be charged for your recurrent shaving plan as follows depending on the date you first subscribed, between:
  • - The 1st and 15th of the month: your renewal/billing date is the 11th of the month (charged either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly depending on your shaving plan). Note: The first recurring plan is charged on the 11th of the next month of your subscription date because the first order contains 1 month worth of shaving, upcoming charges will follow the frequency of your plan (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly).
  • - The 16th and the 31st (or 30th)  of the month: your renewal/billing date is the 26th the month (charged either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly depending on your shaving plan). Note: The first recurring plan is charged on the 26th of the next month of your subscription date because the first order contains 1 month worth of shaving, upcoming charges will follow at the frequency of your plan (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly).
When do I get my on-going Shaving Plan?
Your first order is fulfilled immediately and shipped in 72h maximum. Then your on-going Shaving Plan shipment depends on the date you first subscribed, between:
  • - The 1st and 15th of the month: your shipping date is on or around the 12th of the month (dispatched either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly depending on your shaving plan).  Note: The first recurring order is shipped on or around the 12th of the next month of your subscription date because the first order contains 1 month worth of shaving, upcoming shipments will follow the frequency of your plan (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly).
  • - The 16th and the 31st (or 30th) of the month: your shipping date is on or around the 27th of the month (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly depending of your shaving plan). Note: The first recurring plan is shipped on or around the 27th of the next month of your subscription date because the first order contains 1 month worth of shaving, upcoming shipments will follow the frequency of your plan (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. I see 'Braintree' on my credit card statement – why is that? Braintree is a leading trusted worldwide payment partner (a subsidiary of Paypal) . Sometimes, you might see 'Braintree' (or a variation) on your credit card statement for the first 24-48 hours after you have placed your order. Within a day, CLICK “n” SHAVE should appear on your statement in its place.
How do I change or cancel my Shaving Plan?
Your first order cannot be changed as we fulfill it in a heart beat so you can enjoy it more quickly. However Shaving Plans can be cancelled or modified at anytime by entering into your account section - just one click and done. Just remember that your cancellation/modification has to be made at least 1 day before your next renewal/billing date for it to be effective. If you started your Shaving Plan between:
  • - The 1st and 15th of the month: your renewal/billing date is the 11th of the month (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly depending of your shaving plan).
  • - The 16th and the 31st (or 30th) of the month: your renewal/billing date is the 26th of the month (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly depending of your shaving plan).
How can I change my address information or payment details?
Yes if you move that is a great idea unless you are so generous that you give away your shaving plan to those coming behind you. Just remember that address changes should be made 2 days before your next shipment. You can make the changes directly into your account section under “My CnS”.
How long will my Shaving Plan take to reach my mailbox?
All our deliveries are handled by SingPost who delivers nationwide in 3-5 business days for non standard mail. So once you get the shipment confirmation from us, start the countdown for the clean shaves. Add to that 2-5 days for overseas shipments.
How do you ship?
With SingPost and in bubble wrapped envelops. If your shaving plan is in bad shape when you get it please let us know.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yup, it is always FREE delivery, nice!
Where do you ship to?
For now, we ship only to Singapore and Malaysia, but that is temporary, we are just getting our passport ready to fly to more places overseas.
Do you ship to post office boxes?
Sorry no, we cannot ship to post boxes. We only ship to mailboxes.
I didn’t get my Shaving Plan. What should I do?
Oops, that is strange. Please drop us an email contact@clicknshave.com.
Can I purchase CLICK “n” SHAVE products at retail locations?
Not for now. But maybe one day…

Can I use CLICK “n” SHAVE to shave other parts of my body?
Absolutely, but as with everything be careful the first time you try it, be gentle and always be sure to use fresh blades. Remember our blades are sharp… IMPORTANT: for body or head shaving it is highly recommend to first trim your fuzz with an electric trimmer.
Do you test any of your products on animals?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Animals like to keep their fuzz and we will never ever take this away from them nor support any testing on animals.
Where are your products made?
Our Razors handles and Cartridges are made in China. Yes, we don’t hide that and are happy to share this information as well as the high quality, saving and contributions to charity that our business model enables. Also, for those still skeptics out there, take a look at your hand mobile phone (and toothbrushes too to name a few), it is likely a product made in China as well and we know you love it!
